By using X24 you confirm: • You are at least 18 years old • You reside in a country where online crypto gambling is legal • You are not a politically exposed person, sanctioned, or resident of the blocked countries listed in the geographic restrictions section • You fully accept these terms, the privacy policy, and the cookie policy

If any condition is not met, you must stop using the site immediately and request account closure.

One account per person, IP, and device. Multiple accounts will be closed and balances confiscated.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Do not share them, do not use third-party bots, do not automate the interface. Sessions are individual and non-transferable.

The chosen username is public (appears in the ticker and tournaments). You can change it once from your profile. Offensive or impersonating usernames are changed by us.

Winnings exceeding the cap stay on your wallet and can be withdrawn in following days within the rolling rule. The strictest limit wins (e.g. weekly cap reached blocks remaining daily).

All bonuses are subject to wagering, max-bet, game-eligibility, cashout cap, and expiry as stated per promotion. The authoritative source is the value recorded on your account at grant time: if you see a discrepancy between marketing copy and the active bonus in your profile, the latter wins.

Predictions are a separate product, governed by their own dynamic odds and liquidity caps. Automatic settlement when the Polymarket market resolves. If market is canceled (UMA "invalid"): full stake refund.

Free Spin duels are 1vs1 or multi-player (up to 8 participants) competitions on a specific slot from the catalog. Each player pays the FS pack price from their wallet and receives a fixed number of Free Spins on the chosen slot. The player who accumulates the most credits from the Free Spins wins the total pool.

Final decision rests with the compliance team. If abuse is confirmed: account closure, forfeiture of bonus balance + generated winnings, possible ban on all linked accounts.

In any case, X24's maximum liability to a single user is equal to the wallet balance at the time of dispute, excluding any hypothetical profit or indirect damages.

X24 may update these terms at any time. Substantial changes (example: bonus structure change, new KYC requirements, country restrictions) are notified via email to 30+ day active users and with in-app banner for at least 30 days.

Continued use of service after the effective date implies acceptance. Disagreement: request account closure and balance withdrawal within 30 days from notification, under standard withdrawal terms.
